New York Fish is a wholesaler and distributor of fresh and frozen seafood products. NY Fish is a full line distributor of American grocery goods. It needed a media package to better increase their online presence, connect with visitors, engage customers and improve conversion.

User surveys are a means of finding out how our design is likely to be used by a specific set of users, and who these users are likely to be. The answers user surveys provide must be relevant to the issues that are important to us.
